We’ve made a clear website and online app where you can simply place your order from your mobile phone, tablet or computer. When you’re not ready to order online, you’re warmly welcome at one of our Griffin agents. These are local shops that know exactly what challenges you’re facing and how they can help. We also have Griffin Extension Officers, driving around in your area, visiting farmers, sharing their knowledge and helping you to place an order. We do everything to make it easy for you to buy the best inputs for your farm.
You can pay either cash or by mobile money. In the unfortunate case that we cannot deliver a product, you can be assured that we offer you a comparable alternative or, in case you prefer to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Right after placing your order, you will receive an SMS with the confirmation of the order and we will start getting it ready for a speedy delivery. We aim to have the package at your nearest Griffin agent in the quickest possible time, depending on your location this will be within 2-4 working days. The Griffin agent or Extension Officer will inform you about the exact expected delivery time.
As soon as the products arrived at the Griffin agent, we will send you an SMS so that you know the goods have arrived and are waiting for you to collect.
When you have harvested your crop and would like to sell it, bring it to your closest Griffin agent. The agent will weigh the crop and test the quality. After that you will be offered the best price in the market and payment will be made within 24 hours.
