Active Ingredients: Alphamethrin 7 % m/v.
Use: for external use on cattle, sheep and goats only, do not mix with any other dip.
Dilution: Spray race, hand spraying and plunge dip for cattle. Belly bath for sheep and plunge dip for goats.
Freshfill:
1 L Paracide per 1000 L water.
For plunge dip replenishment for cattle: 1,2 L Paracide per 1000 L water.
For constant replenishment for sheep and goats: 1,4 L Paracide per 1000 L water.
Spray race:
Spray Paracide at regular intervals according to tick challenge. It is good spray race practice not to carry over mixture from one spraying to the next and preferably to make up only sufficient mixture for one treatment.
Hand spraying:
Prepare about 10 litres of mixture per animal. Wet animals thoroughly, particularly in the ears, under the tail and in the brush of the tail.
Plunge tanks and belly baths:
Add the required amount of Paracide to an equal quantity of water in a bucket or drum. Mix well by stirring. Add the creamy emulsion to the dip tank and mix thoroughly with a suitable stirrer. First chase through 30 animals to ensure proper mixing and return these for redipping.
Lice:
Two applications with an interval of one week is recommended for cattle. One application should be sufficient for sheep and goats.
Flies:
Spray or dip with Paracide at regular intervals according to fly challenge.
Warnings: Cattle should not be slaughtered for human consumption within 24 hours from the last day of treatment.
Milk from treated cows can be used for human consumption immediately after application.
Sheep and goats should not be slaughtered for human consumption within 7 days from the last day of treatment.
