Refund policy
Griffin will refund a purchase for the exact amount paid, less any delivery costs already incurred by Griffin. Refunds will only be processed in the payment method that was used when the order was created, and into the account it was paid from. Refunds will only be made in kwacha. A refund can take up to seven business days to reflect in your account, subject to verification of your banking details.
How To Return
At Griffin, you can exchange or return an item for free within 14 days of receiving the product. You have 2 options:

To get the full purchase amount back, it’s important to return the product in its original condition. Handle the product as you would do in the store. The product you want to return should not be used, damaged or opened.

Exchange your product for another product
If the product that you want is available at your local Griffin store, you can change your received product right away. If the replacement is not in stock or you need a refund, your Griffin agent will help you to get this settled.
